Hello, Galaxander here.  We just uploaded a new version.  I was hoping to have some good features to add to our first update, but this is more of a hotfix.  It came to my attention that there was a really easy to get soft lock in the game.  This update should prevent players from falling into this trap.

Unfortunately it does not allow for an escape for anyone who already did.  If you happen to be saved in either the Red or the Purple zone and you DON'T have the Shroom Boots or the Pick-a-Rang, then most likely you are stuck down there.  There are two ways you can fix this.  The first is to edit your save file directly.  I hate to recommend doing this, as it spoils some of the magic, but it's going to be the best option here IF you got stuck.  Find your save file in Users > [your username] > AppData > Local > fabled_sun.  The save file is named saved_game.fbs.  Choose to open it with a text editor (I recommend Notepad++, but regular old Notepad is fine as well).   You can see all the saved variables are pretty obviously named, but the one you're looking for is "room." It should look like

"room" : 35.000000,

Though it will likely have a different number there.  The fix you want is to change that number to 13.  Take care to keep all the  punctuation marks and the zeroes etc as they are.  Change it so that it looks like

"room": 13.000000,

Save the file after making this change (and please don't cheat by changing other variables! - unless you really want to).  When you load your save, you should be back in Home Town J3 with all the upgrades you've already collected.

The second way to get unstuck is to simply start a new game and abandon your old save, but who wants to do that?

I should also point out that if you've completed the game and you're saved at the "final" save point, you might want to go save elsewhere before trying the new build.  Otherwise you'll probably be shunted through a wall and who knows where you'll end up.

Alright, my apologies for the oversight that caused this issue, and for the difficult nature of fixing it.  There are some other changes in this build, but I hope to talk about them in a future devlog, hopefully with a more complete update attached.
